Get tickets for the MS production of 'Elsewhere'

When: Friday and Saturday, Jan. 20-21 at 7 p.m.
Where: Branch Theatre of the Walter Arts Center

At a boarding school in New Hampshire, the old head of school’s house is haunted — abandoned four decades ago after his child disappeared inside. But when four friends break in and try to spend the night on a dare, they discover a magic doorway into another world, Elsewhere. Elsewhere is everything they’ve always wanted – adventure, magic, purpose, a place where they can be their true selves.

But the world of pure imagination hides a darker secret full of nightmares — and the friends must embark on a harrowing and emotional journey into their fears to save themselves.

Tickets available online by clicking here. Adults are $10 and students are $7.

Jazz in the Box is back next week

The Upper School Jazz Band and Chamber Strings will perform in the Newman (blackbox) Theatre of the Walter Arts Center.  This is a favorite for all ages.

MS Uniforms for 2023-24 school year

Starting with the 2023-24 school year, the Middle School shirts will be navy.

This year’s gray shirts — which were discontinued — and the cardinal red shirts may be worn for the 2023-24 school year.

Girls also will be able to wear khaki skirts, pants or shorts, as well as the navy or plaid skirts.

You may buy the navy shirts from C&J or Lands’ End, both of which will have logoed shirts in a Dry-Fit material, as well as a pique cotton. C&J will have a closeout stock of gray shirts at a discounted price if you’d like to replenish your supply.

Families also may buy navy polos without logos and have them embroidered from a list of preferred vendors in the Tulsa area, or from the DutchZone. More details to come.
