Dutch Weekly August 10-16

Annual forms and physical exams are past due! Your child may not start school unless all health documents are updated/completed!

Annual Forms — You would have received an email on Friday, 8/02 if you haven't completed Annual Forms for one or more of your children. Please log into the Parent Portal to complete these.

Physical Exams — Yearly physical exams are required to be in date before your child can start school. You have received emails throughout the summer from the school nurse if your child is in need of an updated physical exam.

Immunizations — HH utilizes the Oklahoma State Immunization Registry (OSIIS) for monitoring immunizations for school. If your child's information is incomplete in OSIIS, you have received an email from the school nurse.

Please complete Annual Forms on the parent portal. Please return physical exams and immunization records (if needed) to nurse@hollandhall.org or drop them off with the receptionist in the Tandy.

Order your books now

Order course materials in the virtual bookstore at https://bnck-12.com/hollandhall. The link below will lead you through the step-by-step process for ordering your child’s course materials.

New this year, make a note of one of your children’s student ID numbers which is located on the same page as the course information in the Parent Portal. (If you have more than one child, only one student ID number is required to access the bookstore.) T-shirts can be worn every Friday (unless otherwise noted by a branch head) with non-athletic bottoms. Shirts must be purchased or obtained from the DutchZone, Athletics or another school department.

All parents are also invited to shop the special Dutch Zone Pop-Up Shop in the Primary School Gym from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19. There will be some Bash exclusives (we see you, tie-dye!), so come shop, but please avoid the peak shopping times near the top of each hour.

Support your team! Become a 2024-25 Dutchbacker

As we are approximately one month from the start of the fall sports season, it is time to gear up for an exciting 2024-25 athletic year. Dutchbacker sponsorships and memberships are now posted on the Holland Hall website: 2024-25 Dutchbacker membership/sponsorship. Please note that reserved parking spots sold out quickly last year so be sure to reserve your spot.

New digital Dutch Athletic passes: This year we will be using digital Dutch athletic passes for admittance instead of the key tag. Each membership/sponsorship will be given a code to upload your digital athletic pass for use for every HOME athletic event. Once you sign up for Dutchbackers, a code will be sent to you after August 1 for you to upload to your phone. Be sure to download the GoFan app to your phone.

We will again be having three media guides this year: fall, winter and spring. We need all media guide ads and scoreboard logos by August 15. We hope to have the fall media guide available in early September.

Thank you for your support of Dutch athletics! Have a great rest of your summer and please be in touch with any questions!

Tulsa Robotics Center’s Open House

The Open House is an opportunity to see the facility and interact with robotics team members. The event will be on August 14, 6-8 p.m., at 4500 S. 129th East Ave Tulsa, OK 74134.

The Tulsa Robotics Center’s mission is to “create an environment where youth from the Tulsa Metropolitan area can learn about science, technology, engineering, art and Math and explore career opportunities in these fields of study. The Post utilizes its programs to help youth develop teamwork, leadership, communication, and technology skills that will prepare them for college and successful careers.”
