Holland Hall ARTworks 2022
ARTworks is Holland Hall's annual fundraiser in support of the arts. Students, families, faculty, and alumni, as well as the larger Tulsa community, can engage deeply with the visual arts through hands-on instruction, workshops, presentations, and a month-long gallery exhibition and sale. The ARTworks program reinforces the values that shape lives at Holland Hall, engaging students from PreK through Upper School graduation in artistic experiences and opportunities.
We are excited to welcome Andrew Ramiro Tirado, acclaimed artist from Colorado Springs for our 45th year of ARTworks. Click here to learn more.
Become an ARTworks Patron
ARTworks Patrons support the rich range of educational art offerings to all of our students, including the ARTworks program itself.

1. Insurance billing and payment process information:
* Each insured member will need to provide a front and back copy of the insurance card OR you can bring your actual card with you at the time of vaccination. Capturing the picture with your phone is easy when you register with the online portal using the link below!
* Free vaccinations will be offered to Health Choice, Community Care, Blue Lincs and Global Health insurance members, as we have a special contract that we know will result in a $0 copay.
* For patients that have prescription insurance coverage other than HealthChoice, Community Care, or Global Health, we will bill your insurance, although a copay may apply. We ask for $35 upfront (Cash, Check, or Credit/Debit Card) and we will mail you a refund if your insurance pays for it.
* Anyone not insured can get vaccinated for $35.
2. Parent/guardian must be present for anyone under 18 years of age.

The Dutch Exchange has moved
In an effort to better serve our community, the Dutch Exchange has moved.
A rotating selection of seasonally appropriate gear will be displayed in a section of the DutchZone. It is absolutely free for the taking — no need to bring in anything to exchange, despite the name. There is also a healthy stock of pants, shirts, ties and belts for all branches. Come into the Dutch Zone and browse, or ask anyone working the register — or at the front Tandy desk — for help locating sizes.
If you'd like to drop off gently used clothing to the Dutch Exchange, there is a yellow bin in the Tandy. The Dutch Exchange has plenty of red and white shirts, pants and skirts but could use Dutch sweatshirts and jackets, Middle School gray shirts, recent Dutch Day Ts, and Middle/Upper School band/orchestra clothing: black pants, black skirts, white shirts.
DutchZone has new merchandise, new hours!
The DutchZone has new adult crewneck sweatshirts and jackets, and new youth merchandise should be in next week. Visit the store between 8-10 a.m. and 2-4:30 p.m. Wednesday-Friday in the A.R. and Marylouise Tandy Dining and Wellness Center, and at every home football game in the DutchZone Plus trailer.
The DZ Plus trailer will also be set up at the Halloween Parade and at various events throughout the year.
New merchandise comes in all of the time, so make sure you check back often!

A note about aftercare
As the weather turns cooler and more colds and viruses start circulating more, the aftercare staff gets asked if children can stay in from recess. Unfortunately, aftercare isn't staffed with enough people to stay inside while others go out. If a children are well enough to attend aftercare, they must be able to go outside when the rest of the students do. If the weather is too severe, all of the children stay indoors. We appreciate your cooperation!
A safety note for parents
Parents, please help us keep everyone safe during the school day. If you need to drop off an item for your child, please leave it with Elyse and she will get it to your child's classroom. If you need to pick up your child early, please wait in the lobby. Elyse will call for your child and they will meet you in the lobby. We appreciate your attention to this.

ERB testing set for Nov. 9-11
ERB CTP5 will be administered to all students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades on Wednesday, November 9, Thursday, November 10, and Friday, November 11 in the mornings.
Each day, students will take 2-3 subtests of the ERB and each subtest is 20-45 minutes. Students will have breaks and regular classes will resume after testing each morning. Please make every effort to ensure your child is at school on time those days, that students have a snack and refillable water bottle, and that they have a fully charged iPad each day.
If your student qualifies for extended-time testing, they must have current (within the last four years) psychoeducational testing on file with the Academic Support department in the middle school. The testing report must clearly state that the student should receive extended time for testing. This accommodation will also be listed on the student's current Learning Assistance Plan (LAP). Parents of qualified students in grades grades 6-8 will be contacted and asked to confirm whether or not their student will use his/her extended time accommodation for the ERB CTP5 test in November 2022. Students using the extended time accommodation for testing on November 9,10 and 11 should be prepared to have the accommodation for all tests given.
For questions, please contact Gina Johnson at gjohnson@hollandhall.org.
