Holland Hall in the News
Channel 2 interviewed Upper School Theatre Arts Director Leslie Long to highlight Company 21 this week. It will air tonight on KJRH Channel 2.
The innovative Company 21 program is a partnership between Holland Hall and the Down Syndrome Association of Tulsa.
Company 21 uses the elements of performance and theater arts — movement, improvisation, vocalization, body awareness — to engage students and help them develop confidence in their daily lives. Holland Hall students may sign up for Company 21 as an extracurricular club and DSAT offers the opportunity to families of young teenagers all the way up to adults.
Make sure to save the date for the Buddy Walk, benefiting DSAT, on Sunday, Oct. 6, at 1:30 p.m. Register at Tulsa Buddy Walk.
Channel 2 to broadcast from tonight's game
Holland Hall takes on Lincoln Christian at 7 p.m. on Hardesty Field, and Channel 2 will broadcast their High School Sports show from behind the stadium.
If you can't make it to the game, livestream it at gotohh.org/stream or on the app.
Noted money expert talks college tuition, value

Both were instant New York Times bestsellers.
Before that he wrote or co-wrote three books about gap years, young entrepreneurs and the best entry-level jobs in America. The gap year book was a New York Times bestseller when it came out in 1996, when Ron was 26 years old. He launched his online course about merit aid in 2023.

Important info for scheduling events on campus
If Holland Hall families want to host a gathering with students on campus, they must have a faculty sponsor (someone employed by the school) with the group for the duration of the event.
Congrats the the Cross Country program
Holland Hall hosted 1163 runners from more than 40 schools at its 39th annual Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 21.
The course, which is spread out on the school’s 167-acre campus, is a favorite for local runners, and this was the meet’s third largest in school history.
Coach Greg Spencer spends weeks getting the course ready, and a campus full of volunteers is needed the day of the event. Thank you to everyone who ran, volunteered or came out to watch.
Alumni honored with dinner, awards
Four alumni returned to campus recently to receive awards from the Holland Hall Alumni Association.
Honored were:
- Richard Feldman ’68 and Karra Duncan ’92, Distinguished Alumni Awards
- Braxton Redeagle ’08, Community Service Award
- Corey Taylor II ’15, Young Alumni Award
Feldman, right, a Grammy Award winning writer and producer, has worked with such names as Eric Clapton, Willie Nelson, Chaka Kahn, Shaggy, Joe Cocker, Belinda Carlisle, Don Williams and more.
Duncan, who recently served as executive producer for “Rebuilding Black Wall Street” on the OWN Network, has had a long career in television and film with such credits as “The Great American Baking Show” and “Remote Survival.”
Redeagle, left, serves as the director of the Osage Nation Language Department, which recently worked with Hollywood to film “Killers of the Flower Moon” in Oklahoma. Redeagle served as an advisor on the film and works every day to bolster and support the native Osage language, which lost its last native speaker in 2005.
Taylor, who spent time as a running back for the Cleveland Browns after a successful college football career, is back in Tulsa and helping guide aspiring local musicians through the music industry.
